I haven’t left yet and I’m already looking forward to coming home.
I’m headed to upstate New York for the weekend. There’s a hike planned, friends to catch up with, and a soccer game where my only job is to sit on the sidelines. Then I’ll watch the sunset at one of my favorite wineries. The weather app gave a favorable report.
It’ll be nice to see fall out in the country. Then it’s back to the city. Next week there’s a pop up museum and a new cocktail bar waiting for me.

Fix the clogged drain. I used to wait. Now I watch a video and get under the sink.
